Should you find any dissatisfaction with the performance, craftsmanship, or materials of your home comfort system or component within two years from the date of your agreement, we are committed to making all necessary modifications to ensure your satisfaction. This includes potential system replacements, if deemed necessary, to meet your needs and expectations.
$500 Client Respect Guarantee
Our technicians respect your home by wearing yellow shoe covers and leaving it clean and orderly after our service. We maintain professionalism by refraining from cursing, swearing, or using tobacco on your property. If you feel we’ve failed to uphold these standards during your heating or air conditioning installation, we’ll compensate you with up to $500, without hesitation.
$500 No Frustration Guarantee
If your HVAC system malfunctions for any reason within the first year, we pledge to restore heating or cooling to your home within 24 hours. Should we fail to meet this commitment, we’ll provide you with a $500 reimbursement to compensate for any inconvenience and frustration caused.
